Many who don’t know Jesus Christ personally think he was just a really good man, a prophet perhaps that died for people. They don’t accept the fact that he was God too.

They might even say Jesus was equal to Mohammed, Buddha, Confucius, Hare Krishna, Joseph Smith, Brigham Young and other religious or philosphical leaders.

But they would be wrong.

Jesus said … “Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.”  Matthew 7:13-14

The broad way, the idea that “all roads lead to God or heaven” is the wrong way. Its not the narrow way that Jesus represents.

Nope, Jesus beats them all. Mohammed, Buddha, Confucius, Joseph Smith, Brigham Young etc etc were just men. They may have had some good points but…

~ they weren’t perfectly sinless

~they couldn’t bare your sins and mine and sufficiently pay the price God demanded for you and I to be freed from our sins.

He did something no one else could do, that had to be done…

and even those who doubted, believed. There’s hope for you.

If you’re burdened down by religion you might not know my Jesus.

Let me introduce you to him below…

God is not willing that anyone be separated from him forever in a place called hell however, he has given us the ability to make our own decision regarding which path will walk down.

If you keep shutting him out…  it will be too late one day.

What do you have to do to receive God’s forgiveness so you can know God personally now and spend eternity with him in his home, heaven?

My prayer for you this Easter holiday is that you can say with confidence that you know Jesus Christ according to truth and are experiencing true peace in your heart regardless of the tough circumstances surrounding your life. If you’re already there its because…

He Is Risen! Rejoice!
