NOTE:  This giveaway is over, but the review is still good!

Oh yeah, baby!

One winner will receive 4 free tickets to the amusement park Cedar Point! A value of approximately $208 if you were to pay at the gate. You can order them online now and save $7 per ticket by doing so. You can find out more about pricing at that link I just shared. But lets move on…

The new Dinosaurs Alive! exhibit does cost $5 per person- its not included in the price of the general admission park ticket. Its outdoors and you walk a path which is roped off revealing large as life dinosaurs complete with movement and roars.

There’s also a very large sandpit for the kids (and their big-kid parents) to dig for a large dino fossil. When my husband and brother-in-law found out there was an orange egg buried in there and that the lucky finder would win a K’nex set all four of us parents started to help dig. Note: There is no water in the Dino exhibit to wash your sandy feet and hands, so bring a bottle of water or walk to the nearest bathroom to wash off.

Be sure to watch my video below to see and hear just some of the almost 50 moving dinosaurs. This was a fun exhibit and a lot of work was put into it!

It was hot!

Let me tell you, we picked a stinking hot day to go. This was the day the temps in the van were around 100 degrees…

and our a/c quit on us!

It was so hot at the park I thought I could die. We made our way to Soak City and stayed till we were prunie… I’m pretty sure.

My sister spotted some Cedar Point workers giving out free cups of cold water. She was so impressed (I was impressed too) she told me I should tell the world about it. I agree. Thank you, Cedar Point! See my video below.
