The Marcal coupons expire 3/7 and the toilet paper is marked at .99 right now at my Marc’s store.  Marc’s will give you 2 packs at .99 cents for each $2 off  coupon- that means, free tp- you just pay the tax! Check with your local Marc’s store to be sure this is their practice as well.
