I like what Proverbs 3:27 says… “Withhold not good unto them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it.”

When we get what I consider exceptional service from a company I feel like they deserve some recognition. When we get less than exceptional service, well,  you probably won’t find me writing about them. Not even to name them, it would have to be pretty serious for me to call someone out on my blog. I don’t want to do that.

Being a blogger, in my opinion, gives me power to do some good back for those who provide exceptional service.

That being said,  I want to give Steve Stephenson and his crew at The Roof Doctor a big “Thank You” for their great service on our roofing needs. Not just once, mind you, but over the past year or two we’ve had every part of our roof replaced due to a summer hail claim and then a winter ice/snow storm claim. And they’ve been kind and courteous.

Our part of Ohio has had about 3 significantly bad winters regarding ice build up…and we have had roof problems  each of these winters – in the same room of the house.

AFTER the rubberized roof was put on this last time and AFTER the room was remodeled with new dry wall and  another new ceiling…we still had ice dam up in some of the  gutters and find a way to melt back inside the ceiling ( *cry now*)… Steve himself came out for no charge (I think the same day I called him) to check it himself and then had his people (or himself) come back  and take down the unnecessary gutters to prevent it from happening again.  All for no charge.  Now, maybe this is all under the warranty, but regardless, they took care of it in exceptional time, last minute notice…yadda yadda yadda.

Oh, and Steve probably doesn’t even know I blog, but he’s about too, cuz I’m going to write him a thank-you note and tell him I talked about him behind his back 😉

I don’t think he’ll mind. I recommend these guys.
