All of God’s word is good but you know how some verses just really speak to the deep issues of our heart. Maybe it’s a sin we are struggling with or it’s a promise that we are struggling to believe. I like to call these anchor verses: verses in scripture that just really help us weather the storms in life and deepen our faith in God and HIS word.

Awhile ago I asked my Facebook friends to share their anchor verses. I recently pulled up that list to share with you here on the blog.
However, instead of giving you the list of just verses I am going to make some of them into printables for you! I don’t know if I’ll get through the whole list but I’m going to get through some of them.

Today I have eight verses for you and they are all coming from the Authorized King James Version which I believe is the perfect word of God for English speaking people.

You might want to use cardstock to print these off of and to help them last longer laminating is a good idea.

I’ve considered buying a second Bible just for doing a unique study with that I can color/draw/journal in myself. I think it would be a great project and a fun and different way to invest time and study in the word of God!
