I made the Roasted Garlic version for dinner the other night and it was very good and cooked up very quick! Just add milk and butter! We had it as a side dish to our warmed up leftover fried chicken.

I’d love to have a box or 2 to go along with the meatloaf I’m having tonight. It would be great to have a quick side for Wednesday night (church) meals.
We like baked chicken so the instant mashed potatoes would go great with that! Especially since they would both be easy to do (pop the chicken in the oven for a while and forget about it and then the potatoes only take a few minutes!)

Mondays would be a great night with Betty Crocker Potatoes. Any type of meat, with the potatoes and a veggie. Mondays are always difficult for me and lots to catch up on after the weekend. Love Betty Crocker…Yummm!~
