Some weeks ago I was having a pity party.
Not my first.
When this happens I always counsel myself and pull myself out of it – with the Lord’s help, of course! I’m just like anyone else, able to go down dark thought-paths. Is that you? Well, stop yourself.
Anyways. as a result I wanted to share seven ways to pull yourself out of a bad mood, bad attitude or a … perfectly “good” pity party. I spill it in the video below.
And, I created a free printable of these seven tips for my newsletter subscribers (sign up for free through the yellow framed box in the side bar or at the end of this post).
Newsletter subscribers get access to my growing vault of EXCLUSIVE free printables that don’t show up in the free printables that I create for anyone who just visits.
